8:30 AM - Pick-up & Transfer - Start the day from your hotel.

 

11:00 AM - Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage - Stop here to see the Elephants bathing, feeding & Ride an Elephant.

Option 1 (Local): Enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan Rice and Curry experience at a recommended local restaurant.

 

Option 2: Dine at a modern café or restaurant.

 

 

🏛️ Afternoon - (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

Royal Botanical Garden & Tea

 

2:00 PM - Tea Factory / Museum Visit. - Stop at a local tea factory or museum for a quick tour and tea tasting. 

 

3.30 PM - Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya - Explore the Orchid House and giant trees.

 

☕ Late Afternoon - (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM):

Kandy City & Temple 

 

5.00 PM - Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic - This is the spiritual heart of Kandy. Remember the strict dress code : cover shoulders and knees.

 

6:00 PM - Kandy Lake - Walk along the lake for photos of the city and the surrounding hills.

 

7.00 PM - Return Journey to Colombo. (3 hrs drive)

 

10:00 PM - Arrival in Colombo. Drop-off at your hotel.
